• We will bring your loved one into our care, to our Ramsbottom chapel, where they will remain until the day of the funeral.

• We will gently care for your loved one, including dressing them in their own clothes if this is your wish.

• We will provide a simple, dignified coffin.

• We include all our professional services throughout the arrangements and attend to all necessary medical and legal requirements.

• The family are able to spend time with their loved one in our private chapel of rest, during office hours.

• The time and date of the cremation will be shared with you beforehand.

• We always use a local crematorium.

• We will collect the cremated remains on your behalf.
